Fuel and Charge System: installation and configuration
Install the Fuel and Charge System (System Charge) on your FiveM server: gas pumps, charging stations, membership passes and configuration.
The Fuel and Charge System combines gas pumps and electric charging stations in a single script: combustion vehicles refuel at the pump, electric vehicles recharge at the charging station, and each is refused at the other. The game's pumps are detected automatically and 9 charging car parks are delivered with their props.
Requirements
- QBCore, Qbox, ESX (Legacy or older versions) or Standalone, detected automatically
- oxmysql to save membership passes (the tables are created automatically)
- No other mandatory dependency
1. Get the product
After purchase, the product is delivered automatically to the Cfx.re account used for payment. Open the Cfx.re portal (Granted Assets), find the product and download the archive.
The script is protected by Cfx.re escrow: it only works on a server whose license key (sv_licenseKey) belongs to the same Cfx.re account that received the asset.
2. Install
- Place the cfx_fmodding_systemcharge folder in resources.
- Add ensure cfx_fmodding_systemcharge to server.cfg, after your framework, oxmysql and your inventory.
- Fully restart the server.
The script automatically detects your framework, your inventory (ox_inventory, qb-inventory, qs-inventory, ps-inventory, core_inventory, codem-inventory…), your interaction system (ox_target, qtarget, qb-target, bt-target or the E key), your fuel gauge (native, LegacyFuel, ps-fuel, cdn-fuel, ox_fuel) and your notifications.
3. Configure
Everything is set in a single config.lua, fully commented in French:
- Pumps section: the 4 fuels (Diesel, Excellium, SP95-E10, SP98) and their price per litre, quick amounts, tank capacity per model, fuel exceptions. The 7 GTA pump models and the 25 stations on the map are already referenced; the pumps of your MLOs are added in one line.
- Charging section: the 9 supplied charging car parks (and as many more as you want), the price per kWh based on the charger's power or set charger by charger, Plug & Charge mode or badge.
- Membership passes: Silver, Gold and Platinum, with their price, duration and benefits (kWh discount, faster charging, free recharge).
- Payment: currency (euro, dollar or custom), bank account or cash.
Electric vehicles and addon vehicles are classified automatically; manual lists allow adding exceptions.
4. Troubleshooting
- Startup error: read the server console, the red line often indicates a missing dependency or an error in config.lua.
- Nothing happens at the pump: check the order of the ensure lines (framework, oxmysql and inventory first) and the server's Cfx.re license.
- A vehicle is refused at the pump: this is intended if it is electric or if the fuel is incompatible; otherwise, add it to the exceptions in config.lua.
- Charging stations invisible: fully restart the server and clear the FiveM client cache.
